Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Conversion of Microfilm Images and Indexing Service.
Scope:
1. Digital capturing and image cleanup of records on microfilm containing of photostat pages
2. There are approximately 2,097,800 images in total
3. Documents are typically filmed in simplex-comic mode, simplex-cine mode or duplex orientation, 16mm at 24X
4. There are approximately 423,400 M&L documents to be indexed
5. All images will be converted by Awarded Vendor to capture maximum detail and will be delivered as 256-bit grey scale .JPG images
6. The .JPG images will not be altered, enhanced or modified in any way
7. Auto cropping shall only remove the solid black borders that completely surround each image.
This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 30, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
