Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Digitalization and Archieving Service.
Scope:
1. Digitize all pages of each item including covers, end sheets, and other preliminary pages
2. Create images for each page using color or grayscale imaging
3. Process the master images to create PDF files, bound (bundled) for each item or document
4. Provide all files (digitized images in master format, searchable PDF, OCR text, associated metadata files, and electronic index) on CDs, DVDs, or hard drive, as requested
5. Provide services like conservation consultation, treatment, and digitization services for a variety of historical documents.
This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 13, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
