Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Document Conversion Services. The duration of the contract is 1 year with 2 additional one year extensions.
Scope:
1. To provide Document Conversion Services to convert approximately 575,000 paper documents to digital images for government authority.
2. The maximum potential award is $75,000.
3. Provide standard boxes for packing of the documents to be scanned
4. Scan documents at 200 DPI using Group Multiple Page TIFF images, duplex as required
5. Index records by First & Last name, and/or Employee Identification number
This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 2, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
