Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Document Indexing and Recording Service.
Scope:
1. Ability to choose a document type from a predetermined drop down list
2. Must have the ability to “Browse” for and select a document to be submitted (tif, pdf only)
3. Must have ability to fill in indexing fields in the following format
- First name or Business name
- Middle name
- Last name
4. Ability to save name entered and add as many other names as necessary
5. Ability to review, edit and delete any and all information/documents
6. Must receive notice once documents are recorded/rejected
7. Electronically recorded documents must appear in sequence, by instrument number, with paper documents at the scanning station
8. All pages of an electronically recorded document must appear on the scanning station computer screen
9. Persons indexing documents must have the ability to review each page of the document
Persons indexing documents must have the ability to
A. make corrections to indexing fields filled in by electronic filers
B. delete names filled in by submitters
C.add names as necessary
D. add property description and comments as necessary.
This is an onshore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 22, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
