Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Microfilming and Document Scanning Services.
Scope:
1. Receive electronic files through a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) transmittal and will convert the images to 16 millimeter (MM) microfilm, 105MM microfiche, and CDROM.
2. Below are the approximate images for initial three years period:
- 16 millimeter (MM) microfilm – 768,000 originals and 1,608,000 duplicates
- 105MM microfiche – 267,000 originals and 987,000 duplicates
- CDROM - 21,900,000 originals and 21,900,000 duplicates.
This is an onshore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 31, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
