Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Document Scanning Service. The duration of the contract is 1 year.
Scope:
1. scanning to CD/DVD of numerous legal documents (such as, court transcripts, trial exhibits, checks, photos, and various forms)
2. Disassembly of original documents
3. Hand and machine feeding of original documents
4. Black only and/or full color copying, indexing
5. OCR scanning.
This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 20, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
