Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Microfilming of Records.
Scope:
1. Microfilming Services of Records for government authority.
2. Contract period shall be for one year and it may extend for two additional one year periods.
3. Vendor Should pick-up around 35,500 paper documents from each month, remove them in a secure manner, microfilm them as per specifications, and return documents and microfilm to Records.
This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than October, 5, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
