Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Document Digitalization Service. The duration of the contract is from Dec 16, 2011 to May, 31, 2012 with extension of 3 months also for one, two or three years renewal period.
Scope:
1. Provide Onsite Document Digitization and dissemination Services for government authority.
2. Vendor should Scan and index around 1,945,850 Register and Recorder documents into the Register and system.
3. Contract period shall be from December 16, 2011 through May 31, 2012, and it may extended up to three (3) months, also may be renewed for either a one, two, or three year term.
4. Create digital images for all documents.
5. Perform work or the digital conversion process in our Basement and No documents are to leave, be transported or stored in any other facility other than specified facility.
This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than December, 9, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
