Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Scanning and Indexing of Records.
Scope:
1. Document Scanning and Indexing Services on an as-requested and authorized basis
2. Scanning the bar coded flashers creates individual image files during scanning
3. Using Drop down Lists (street names and document types) minimizes data entry errors
4. Documents are indexed automatically using a data match and merge process
5. Indexing errors are minimized.
This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than November, 29, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
