Clients Approx Budget: Need Best Proposals
Volume of Work: 12 Months Contract
Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for scanning and digitalization of files. The duration of the contract is 12 months.
Scope:
1. Obtain continuing onsite photographic and digitizing services. Vendor shall come as needed to obtain stuffs, approximately twice a month.
2. Provide images for use in exhibits, slide presentations, book illustrations, journals, lectures, website development, archival preservation and media productions.
3. Store approximately 200 master CDs/DVDs containing digital files of the Collection for use as masters for reproduction. Image reproductions shall be produced from high resolution digital files captured from the original image in the Prints and Photographs Collection.
4. Images shall be reproduced in formats of print, digital file, and special formats upon request. New images will be added to the master DVD collection for archival storage at the vendor\'s facility as new images enter the Collection.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 18, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
