Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Scanning of Drawings.
Scope:
1. We require digital format, PDF, facility plans and drawings. Drawings range in size but are primarily up to 36” wide.
2. The condition of the drawings is good with some needing sleeves to protect the document during scanning. Approximately 75% of drawings are good with 25% needing sleeves
3. Approximate performance period is 4-6 months
4. Drawings shall be picked up from and returned from our head office.
5. Drawings will be scanned and digitized using a 150 dpi resolution and saved in PDF format using a multi layer/tab format with the entire sheet set within one document.
6. An estimated 12,000 drawings will need to be repaired or sleeved prior to scanning.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 17, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
